Biomedical engineer with a love of processes …

Tim studied Biomedical Engineering in Delft and did actually work as an engineer after graduation. That’s when he realized he was much more interested in people and processes than instruments and machines. He gets energy from helping people to work better and with greater pleasure. He did that as a consultant, project manager and operational change manager in a variety of sectors, from sales to healthcare.

Tim’s also the right person if you need a bed, cabinet or table. He’s a passionate furniture maker in his free time.

Tim has an analytical mind and is good with people. He calls himself a tinkerer and a coach. In any case, he quickly sees how things connect and interrelate, and he gets a kick out of seeing small changes lead to big improvements. He takes people and organizations with him to the core of a problem and makes sure that solutions really work. That always needs to be measurable – and he means it. Because vague change really isn’t change at all.
