Tess was brought up on her love for healthcare. Both of her parents are doctors, and she herself studied Health & Life in Amsterdam. That’s also where she got her Master’s degree in Health Science, Policy and Organization of Healthcare. Medicine was also an option, but she found it too clinical. She’d rather make structural impact.
In her free time, Tess is big on sports – from pilates to kick-boxing, and from hiking to skiing.
Tess is strong in creating order out of seeming chaos. She quickly grasps complex structures, and she never loses sight of the big picture. That’s how she helps organizations perform better, whether that’s improving their quality or their cost efficiency. And it doesn’t hurt that she has an amazing sense of the spheres of influence and power inside organizations.
