Working with district teams was just not enough for Domicura Groenekruis (today Envida) to achieve its goals. The organization was facing quite some challenges: it sought to make the transition from a centralized model to a district-by-district approach while at the same time boosting customer and employee satisfaction. And why not whip their finances into better shape while they were at it.
